- 4+ years in Supplier Quality, Manufacturing Quality, or Manufacturing Eng
- NCR management, 8D, root-cause tools (5 Whys, Fishbone)
- Experience with contract manufacturers and supplier quality systems
- Familiarity with ISO 9001 or similar
- Proficient with Excel, reporting tools, and quality documentation systems
