🎯 Requirements

- Knowledge of quality, reliability, supplier mgmt, SPC, Cpk/Ppk, auditing; Minitab.
- Hands-on NPI across proto to PVT for mass production.
- Strong program management and communication skills.
- Able to work in fast-paced, self-directed environments.
- Strong written and verbal communication; report quality status to leadership.
- Engineering degree (MS or BS) in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related.
