🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering
- Experience with PCBs, laminates, electrochemical processes, or microelectronics fabrication
- Advanced degree in engineering, business, or supply chain (preferred)
- Knowledge of PPAP, APQP, quality systems (ISO 9000/TS/AS9100/NADCAP)
- Statistical techniques such as SPC, DOE, and Six Sigma
- Disciplined problem solving – 8D approach
