🎯 Requirements

- 5+ years SMT engineering with supplier development leadership.
- Hands-on SMT equipment experience with Fuji/Panasonic/DEK.
- DFM/DFA, PFMEA, DOE, SPC knowledge in SMT environments.
- Onsite in Bastrop, TX; ITAR eligibility; travel up to 50%.
