Assess supplier capabilities for high-volume production: PCB, antenna, shielding, thermal, testing.
Lead NPI, PPAP, FAI, ramp, and reliability campaigns to enable full-rate manufacturing.
Develop qualification plans for WiFi routers: RF tests, OTA, MIMO, beamforming.
Create standardized qualification protocols (FAT/SAT) and Lean improvements.
