🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical, mechanical, materials science, or related engineering
- 1+ years hardware reliability experience in consumer/high-volume electronics (internships ok)
- 3+ years hardware reliability experience in consumer electronics (preferred)
- Strong reliability physics, test development, failure analysis, and statistical modeling
- Proficiency with Weibull analysis, Minitab, JMP or equivalent
- Excellent communication and ability to influence suppliers and cross-functional teams
