Own end-to-end supplier development and bring-up for PV supply chain in Starlink BOM
Engage early with suppliers on selection, equipment, and process for HV manufacturing
Lead bring-up of solar cell lines and upstream polysilicon, ingot, and wafer supply
Assess supplier capabilities in solar cell fabrication and testing
Lead NPI, PPAP, FAI, ramping and qualification campaigns for high-volume production
Implement AI for process control, defect detection, yield optimization

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in materials science, chemical engineering, electrical engineering, or related field
1+ years in solar PV manufacturing or supplier development (internships allowed)
3+ years in solar PV manufacturing or supplier development (preferred)
Strong background in solar cell fabrication and upstream silicon processes
Experience with PPAP, APQP, DFMEA/PFMEA
Proficiency with root cause analysis methods (8D, 5-Why) and Six Sigma/DOE/Minitab
