🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical/engineering discipline
- 1+ years in PCBA manufacturing, SMT, or microelectronics packaging
- 1+ years in manufacturing, reliability, and/or design engineering
- Knowledge of supplier quality processes (PPAP, APQP, FAI)
- Knowledge of IPC standards and lean concepts
- Ability and willingness to obtain Top Secret clearance
