🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or STEM
- 1+ years manufacturing, supply chain, or quality experience (internships qualify)
- Experience with quality systems ISO 9000/TS/AS9100/NADCAP
- Knowledge of PPAP, APQP, FAIR, metrology tools and concepts
- Experience with manufacturing processes and implementing new lines and improvements
- Strong written/verbal communication and supplier engagement skills
