Analyze manufacturing processes and machinery from first principles (mechanical domain)
Drive supplier development from concept to high-volume production for Starlink
Manage processes like casting, injection molding, stamping, extrusion
Identify new materials, manufacturing technologies, and finish options
Lead DOE to develop supplier production processes for high-rate parts
Collaborate with design, materials, and manufacturing teams on parts and metrology

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering
+1 year of mechanical design and analysis experience
Knowledge of metrology tools (CMM/OMM)
Proficiency in GD&T principles
Proficient in 3D CAD (Siemens NX preferred)
Knowledge of DOE and Six Sigma
