🎯 Requirements
- Bachelors degree in engineering or STEM
- 1+ year manufacturing/process engineering exp or internship
- Masters degree in engineering or STEM (preferred)
- Experience with copper or fiber harnessing or cable manufacturing
- IPC-620 WHMA or USCAR standards experience
- PPAP, APQP, RCCA; ISO 9000/AS9100/NADCAP knowledge
