🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor degree in engineering.
- Experience with copper or fiber harnessing and cable manufacturing.
- Advanced degree in engineering, business, or supply chain (preferred).
- Knowledge of PPAP, APQP, FAIR, RCCA and lean methods.
- Knowledge of ISO 9000/TS/AS9100/NADCAP.
- Strong written and verbal communication; ability to present to suppliers and teams.
