- Lead NPI, PPAP, FAI, ramp, and reliability campaigns for full-rate manufacturing.
- Develop qualification plans for cables: temperature rise, bundle heating, flex-life, insulation resistance, hi-pot, EMI/EMC.
- Create and standardize qualification protocols across the cable supply base, including FAT and SAT.
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering; 1+ year in cable engineering or supplier development.
- 3+ years in related roles; strong PoE standards and cable construction knowledge; high-volume manufacturing.
- PPAP, APQP, DFMEA, PFMEA, and FAI experience for cables.
- Lean, supplier scorecards, audits, problem solving; Minitab, DOE, Six Sigma.
- Travel up to 25%, on-site Bastrop TX; extended hours.
