- Lead and manage ~30 welders/technicians.
- Supervise the production floor; manage daily schedules.
- Provide technical support to the welding team.
- Work with management and engineering to streamline fit-up and welding.

- Ensure control of production weld quality.
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's or Associate degree with 4+ yrs GTAW/FCAW/GMAW or 8+ yrs metal fabrication
- 2+ years in a leadership role
- Experience managing more than 10 employees
- Ability to interpret drawings and weld symbols per AWS D17.1
- Knowledge of AWS D1.1, D1.6, and D1.2
- Experience with pipe, orbital welding (OTW), and/or fluid system fabrication
