🎯 Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 5+ years plastic injection mold maintenance/repair
- 5+ years building new plastic injection molds
- 3+ years leadership or supervision
- Preferred: experience in production env: molding, casting, stamping
- Preferred: ability to read mold drawings and dimensions
