The Integration Supervisor will oversee Thrust Integration on 1st Shift; ensure safe, on-time, high-quality hardware
Lead and develop Integration technicians; drive skill growth and progression
Partner with manufacturing engineering, planning, supply chain, and quality teams to boost productivity
Drive production schedules; remove bottlenecks to ensure on-time hardware delivery
Foster safety, accountability, and continuous improvement aligned with company values

🎯 Requirements

5+ years of aerospace/high-reliability manufacturing experience
2+ years of leadership supervising production technicians
Strong knowledge of assembly, integration, and testing processes
Proficiency in reading engineering drawings, specs, and GD&T
Excellent communication and organizational skills; drive accountability in fast-paced env
