🎯 Requirements
- 3+ years aerospace manufacturing leadership at supervisor level
- 3+ years structural assembly: drilling, hilok installation, bonding
- 3+ years rigging/crane operations; lift director
- Experience partnering with manufacturing engineering, quality, and production control
- Self-starter with ownership of production areas; track record of scaling
- Nice to have MS Office and Smartsheets
