🎯 Requirements
- 3+ years aerospace manufacturing leadership at supervisor level.
- 3+ years structural assembly: precision drilling, hilok installation, bonding.
- 3+ years rigging and crane operations; act as lift director.
- Experience partnering with manufacturing engineering, quality, and production control.
- Self-starter with ownership of production areas and scaling experience.
- Nice to have: proficiency in Microsoft Office and Smartsheets.
