🎯 Requirements

Strong leadership and team management skills
Process development and change management
Excellent oral and written communications
Advanced Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Bachelor’s degree; 5 years stop loss policy experience
3 years leading direct reports; self-funded/stop loss knowledge
