🎯 Requirements

- 1+ years of experience leading people, teams, or technical projects.
- Preferred: Engineering degree; strong analytical and leadership skills.
- GD&T and dimensional inspection tools; ISO 9001/AS9100/9102.
- Lean/6-Sigma or other formal continuous improvement experience.
- Ability to lift 30 lbs; travel up to 25%; valid driver's license.
