📋 Description

• Monitor access control, intrusion detection, CCTV, and other security systems.
• Develop and maintain positive relations with stakeholders and external partners.
• Adapt procedures to maintain security posture in a fast-paced industrial environment.
• Train staff in emergency response and security procedures; ensure compliance.
• Communicate effectively in a crisis or high-stress environment.
• Maintain security compliance and site access requirements.

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent certificate.
• 6+ years in military, law enforcement, overseas contracting, or corporate security.
• 3+ years in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Must possess or be eligible for TS/SCI clearance.
• Availability for nights, weekends, and rotating shifts; travel up to 15%.
