Lead security officers and ensure security requirements are met.
Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to keep security equipment operational.
Adapt procedures to maintain security posture in a fast-paced industrial environment.
Communicate security priorities to senior leaders.

🎯 Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
6+ years combined experience in US military, sworn law enforcement, contracting, or corporate security.
1+ year on SpaceX Security team as Security Officer – Level 3 (4/4).
3+ years supervisory experience.
Bachelor's degree or combination of relevant experience and education.
Active U.S. Security Clearance or ability to obtain.
