Supervisor, Quality Assurance (Valves)

📋 Description

• Lead inspectors, programmers, and a specialist; provide direction to support partner teams.
• Read and interpret drawings and controlled documentation.
• Supervise QA activities using SpaceX processes in a fast-paced environment.
• Implement training and certifications to maintain a skilled workforce.
• Oversee critical characteristic control in production; establish equipment/layout requirements.
• Maintain tooling and consumable inventory.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or 4+ years in manufacturing, production, or testing.
• 1+ years of experience leading a team or project.
• Lean manufacturing principles and efficiency methods.
• Experience with spreadsheets, databases, ERP/MRP, SQL, and related programs.
• 2+ years of experience in management/supervision.
• Quality Management Systems experience (AS9100/ISO 9001).
