Coordinate production control schedules, processes, safety, and area standards at Starbase
Lead, coach, and mentor direct reports; write bi-annual reviews and manage corrective actions
Transition Starship from engineering development to full-rate production
Provide daily visibility on schedule, part shortages, and resource performance
Prepare work schedules and schedule analysis on critical path and variances
Work with internal customers on vehicle movement, shipments, and daily schedule targets

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree or 4+ years in manufacturing scheduling, planning, or operations
1+ years of experience leading a team or project
2+ years of experience with manufacturing scheduling in high-volume or complex vehicle assembly
Experience with an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system
Proficiency in Excel and SQL, and scheduling software
Strong analytical and organizational skills; able to communicate and collaborate
