- Build and lead a multi-skilled maintenance team for PCB assets
- Create and update PM plans and asset schedules
- Set PM dates based on asset failure analysis with engineers/planner

- Supervise maintenance work, including emergencies and breakdowns
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and 2+ years in machining/maintenance, or 5+ years exp
- 2+ years direct leadership experience
- Preferred: engineering degree
- Strong verbal and written communication with engineering/production
- Experience applying lean manufacturing principles
- Willingness to work night shift (5pm–5am, Sun-Wed or Wed-Sat)
