Supervisor, Out of State Medicaid

📋 Description

• Oversee daily supervision of Revenue Services teams.
• Serve as escalation point to resolve claims with staff and clients.
• Partner with Managers to disseminate daily task priorities.
• Prepare performance evaluations and account reviews with the Department Leader.
• Analyze claim payments using EnableComp tools to ensure compliance.
• Create, review, and maintain external-facing client reports.

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED; Associate or Bachelor's a plus.
• 5 years’ experience in healthcare field working in billing or collections.
• 5 years’ client-facing/customer services experience.
• 1-2 years supervisory or team lead experience.
• 3-5 years’ experience with workers' compensation billing and collections preferred.
• Intermediate understanding of insurance payer/provider claims processing and data requirements.
