Oversee daily scheduling for DNA extractions, library prep, and NGS workflows
Assist team with day-to-day lab work and data interpretation
Point of contact for guidance, troubleshooting, and next steps
Participate in process development and instrument testing
Escalate lab deviations and document via nonconformance reports
Maintain accurate lab records using Google Sheets, Excel, and internal databases

🎯 Requirements

BS/BA in biological science or equivalent required
2-3 years of related lab experience
Hands-on library prep and NGS platform experience
Lab automation experience (Hamilton, Tecan, Biomek, Qiasymphony)
Knowledge of LIMS/database software
Excellent written and verbal communication; problem solving
