Directly supervise exempt/non-exempt staff; set targets and coach (up to 10 FTE)
Review Staff messaging and Epic pools to ensure timely work
Review email communications; assist with FFT delivery slip concerns
Troubleshoot workflow questions when liaisons reach out
Review PA log weekly; report gaps and spot-check disease states
Evaluate TelemetryRx completion and arrange backup as needed

🎯 Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
3+ years pharmacy technician experience; 1+ year Pharmacy Liaison preferred
State registration and national CPhT; obtain if needed
Lead capability; organized, detail oriented; strong interpersonal skills
Proficient in Pharmacy Operating Systems and EMRs; MS Office
Energetic, motivated team player; discretion and confidentiality essential
