📋 Description

  • Directly lead and manage a Patient Engagement team to ensure timely prior auth.
  • Proactively manage support in hospitals/clinics to ensure patients receive medications on time.
  • Lead and manage the Patient Engagement team to meet service level goals and quality care.
  • Provide front-line supervision, coaching and performance management for the team.
  • Manage onboarding, ADP, PTO, time reports, audits, and responsiveness to requests.
  • Develop efficient workflows and collaborate with clinical integration and on-site managers.

🎯 Requirements

  • 3+ years pharmacy technician experience; 3-5+ years in Specialty Pharmacy preferred.
  • Nationally certified as a CPhT; may require state certification.
  • Leadership experience (Regional Team Lead or similar) preferred.
  • HS diploma/GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred or in progress.
  • Strong communication, decision-making, and leadership; MS Office proficiency.
  • Knowledge of Willow, Qs1, RX30 pharmacy systems a plus.
