Directly lead and manage the Patient Engagement Specialists team.
Ensure timely prior authorization and financial assistance support for patients.
Proactively manage hospital/clinic coverage to keep medications on time.
Meet service level goals and deliver high-quality patient care.
Oversee scheduling, PTO, and time reporting for the team.
Coach and develop staff; coordinate with hospital partners.

🎯 Requirements

Pharmacy technician licensed with the state and nationally certified (CPhT).
Commit to obtaining required state certification within a set timeframe.
3+ years of Pharmacy Technician experience; 3-5+ years in Specialty Pharmacy preferred.
Strong leadership experience (Regional Team Lead or similar) preferred.
Education: High School diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s preferred.
Remote role; travel up to 20% may be required.
