Directly lead and manage a Patient Engagement team for timely prior authorizations and financial assistance.
Proactively manage support in hospitals/clinics to ensure patients receive meds on time.
Lead a Patient Engagement team to meet service level goals and deliver high-quality care.
Manage ADP, PTO, and time reports for team members.
Complete audits of supported systems to ensure efficient workflow.
Manage responsiveness to new requests in supported systems.

🎯 Requirements

Pharmacy technicians registered and certified as CPhT; obtain state cert if needed.

3+ years pharmacy tech experience; 3-5+ years in Specialty Pharmacy; leadership preferred.

High School diploma/GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred or in progress.

Strong communication and leadership skills.

Proficient in Excel and Word; familiar with EMR/pharmacy systems (Willow/QS1/RX30).

Willing to travel up to 20% for non-core Shields locations.
