Directly lead and manage a team of Patient Engagement Specialists.
Proactively manage support in hospitals/clinics to ensure timely medication delivery.
Lead a Patient Engagement team to meet service level goals and high-quality care.
Manage ADP, PTO, and Time Reports for team members.
Complete audits of supported systems to ensure efficient workflow.
Provide frontline supervision and coaching for the Patient Engagement team.

🎯 Requirements

State-registered Pharmacy Technician with national CPhT.
3+ years as a pharmacy technician; 3-5+ years in Specialty Pharmacy preferred.
Strong leadership experience or prior team leadership.
Education: High School diploma; Bachelor's preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel.
Experience with EMR/pharmacy systems (Willow, QS1, RX30) a plus.
