Collaborate with engineering and Level III teams to support inspection requirements
Manage inspector career development planning and certification training
Assist in sourcing, recruiting, and hiring
Manage maintenance planning and scheduling for equipment and facilities

🎯 Requirements

High school diploma or equivalency
3+ years leading manufacturing teams
3+ years in quality management and/or NDT/NDE
Level II certs in surface methods and two advanced methods (PT/MT/VT; PAUT/ET/RT)
NBIC level III certification in one or more methods
Bachelor’s degree in engineering or technical management
