Supervise hourly workforce in materials management and implement corrective actions as needed
Lead by example, coach across levels, and motivate the team to achieve top results
Maintain a safe work environment with the goal of zero OSHA recordables
Ensure products are processed in a quality manner per AS9100 and customer flow-down requirements
Manage incoming acceptance, storage, and issuing of parts into inventory
Drive cost-saving opportunities and continuous improvement initiatives

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of experience in materials management, supply chain, or production/manufacturing; OR 4+ years in the same
APICS CPIM or CSCP certification
Lean/6-Sigma experience
Excellent communication and team-building skills
Experience in aerospace, aviation, or automotive manufacturing
Computer skills – Microsoft Office, SQL, and PowerBI
