• Manage hourly workforce: assess performance, provide feedback, resolve conflicts.

• Lead by example, solicit feedback, and motivate the organization to top results.

• Ensure a safe work environment with zero OSHA recordables.
\n
• Follow AS9100 and customer flow-down requirements in all tasks.
\n
• Manage incoming acceptance, storage, and issuing of parts into inventory.
\n
• Drive continuous improvement and cost-saving opportunities.
\n

🎯 Requirements

\n
• Bachelor's degree and 2+ years in materials/supply chain, or 4+ years in related roles.
\n
• APICS CPIM or CSCP certification.
\n
• Lean/6-Sigma experience (Green/Black Belt).
\n
• Excellent communication and team-building skills.
\n
• Experience in aerospace, aviation, or automotive manufacturing.
\n
• Computer skills: Microsoft Office, SQL and PowerBI.
\n
