Supervisor, Materials Management - 2nd Shift

📋 Description

• Manage hourly staff; assess performance; provide feedback; apply corrective actions.
• Lead by example; act on feedback; motivate teams for results.
• Improve operations; ensure a safe work environment; target zero OSHA recordables.
• Ensure AS9100 and customer requirements are followed.
• Oversee receiving, storing and issuing parts into inventory.
• Drive cost reductions and continuous improvements in materials.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and 2+ years in materials management, or 4+ years in the field.
• 1+ year of team or project leadership.
• CPIM or CSCP certification.
• Lean/6-Sigma experience (green/black belt).
• Aerospace/aviation/manufacturing experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SQL and PowerBI.
