Supervisor, Machining (Starship Components)

📋 Description

• Supervise up to 25 machinists and technicians.
• Track shop floor metrics and boost delivery rate with engineering.
• Set and maintain production schedules for valve assemblies.
• Ensure safety via PPE use, equipment health, and risk mitigation.
• Support CNC commissioning and transition parts to high-volume production.
• Drive continuous improvement and 5S; manage tooling inventory and costs.

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalency
• 5+ years CNC machinist
• 3+ years leadership in manufacturing
• Excellent verbal and written communication with engineering/production teams
• Experience troubleshooting machining operations
• Shift options: 1st shift (5:00AM) or 2nd shift (2:30PM)
