Collaborate with development operations and automation teams on deployment targets.
Manage tooling, testing equipment, and infrastructure for engineering.
Manage parts inventory and drive continuous improvement.
Mentor technicians and assist with design decisions and problem solving.
Provide technical support and feedback on tooling, fabrication, testing, and maintenance.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years in machining/maintenance, or 5+ years in lieu.
2+ years leading teams or projects.
Knowledge of conventional machining, CNC programming, quality inspection.
Experience in welding, fabrication, and precision assembly.
Knowledge of electrical theory, power distribution, and pneumatics.
Travel up to 20% of the time.
