Supervise technician teams to install and maintain mission critical communication systems
Prioritize and schedule work to meet required timelines
Provide feedback and progress updates to project stakeholders
Evaluate, diagnose, troubleshoot cabling infrastructure systems and perform repairs as necessary
Coordinate with other contractors and project teams as needed
Collaborate with telecom engineers on system designs, materials, and documentation

🎯 Requirements

High school diploma or equivalency
5+ years telecommunications experience
2+ years leadership experience
Low voltage cabling and fiber experience (Cat5e/6/6A)
Knowledge of BICSI, NEC, TIA/EIA standards
TCP/IP and network troubleshooting tools
