Own safety compliance with OSHA and internal standards (EHS).
Develop and standardize training (forklift, rigging, hazmat) with tracking.
Maintain quality and traceability for kitting, material processing, and work orders.
Set daily/weekly production targets and allocate labor with team leads.
Identify constraints two weeks out; escalate risks early; remove blockers cross-functionally.
Define and manage service levels across inventory and logistics.

🎯 Requirements

4+ years aerospace manufacturing or 6+ years high-mix/high-volume.
Experience leading frontline teams in production, inventory, or logistics.
Ability to support occasional nights or weekends as required.
