- Ensure homes under your stewardship are consistently FCS and guest-ready
- Directly manage a team of housekeepers; handle scheduling, tasks, coaching
- Prioritize and delegate tasks to coordinators; inspections, restocks, touches
- Collaborate with coordinators and managers to maintain a team-first mindset
- Visit homes regularly to anticipate guest/owner issues
- Be the ops contact for homeowners; ensure responsiveness and support
- Coordinate with Guest Experience and Maintenance to resolve issues
- Own guest/owner issues; approve solutions and costs as needed
- Elevate guest experience through personalization, speed, and detail
- Monitor guest reviews; work with team lead to improve
- Support inventory accuracy and property care across homes
- Partner with onboarding, revenue, and field teams for alignment
- Contribute to process design with Team Lead for operational needs
- Support training of new team members
- Provide cross-coverage in other zones
- Other duties as assigned
๐ฏ Requirements
- 3โ5 years of hospitality or property management ops experience
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Experience coordinating fieldwork in a fast-paced setting
- Proven ability to solve problems and act with urgency
- Tech savvy; comfortable using mobile and desktop task tools
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
