📋 Description

  • Supervise daily operations of Growth & Development team to meet goals and SLAs.
  • Coach and mentor team members to support skill development and growth.
  • Monitor workload and assign tasks based on capacity and priorities.
  • Serve as the primary escalation point for complex inquiries.
  • Analyze performance metrics and prepare reports to track progress.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Training, and Ops to support growth.

🎯 Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's preferred.
  • 2+ years supervisory/team lead in sales support, operations, or customer success.
  • Strong leadership with coaching and developing high-performing teams.
  • MS Office, Google Workspace, and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Strong written and verbal communication; convey feedback effectively.
  • Experience in payment processing, SaaS, or financial services a plus.
