🎯 Requirements

High school diploma or equivalency
5+ years in facilities/maintenance/food service ops
3+ years leading teams or projects
Bachelor's degree in construction/engineering or related (preferred)
MS Office and Jira proficiency; asset management software
HVAC, refrigeration, electrical; building management systems
