Supervisor, Fabrication (Starship Launch Hardware)

📋 Description

• Manage the Launch Hardware Fabrication team daily.
• Support diverse fabrication technicians across projects.
• Ensure training and competency on required tools and equipment.
• Allocate resources and equipment to meet site priorities.
• Provide leadership, give feedback, and resolve performance issues.
• Promote lean operations and SpaceX safety culture.

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalency
• 2+ years hands-on in production/manufacturing/launch
• 1+ year leadership experience leading teams or projects
• 3+ years leadership with direct reports (preferred)
• Knowledge of ERP systems
• Ability to read 2D drawings, P&IDs, and schematics
