🎯 Requirements

• At least 3 years leading as a supervisor.
• Passionate about Community Support and Airbnb's mission.
• Clear, concise communicator with collaborative relationships.
• Strong analytical skills; able to tell a story with data.
• MySQL and Superset experience is a plus.
• Experience with process improvements and root cause analysis.
