Supervisor, Equipment Maintenance – Night Shift

📋 Description

• Build and lead a multi-skilled maintenance team for process equipment.
• Create and update PM work plans and schedules for assets.
• Support engineers/planner to define corrective maintenance and PM timing.
• Partner with engineering to adopt new tech improving production ops.
• Build spares inventory to support the maintenance strategy.
• Supervise maintenance execution including emergencies and monitor progress.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years in machining/maintenance or 5+ years in the field.
• 2+ years in direct leadership role.
• Degree in an engineering discipline (preferred).
• Strong verbal and written communication with engineering and production teams.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and changing assignments.
• Experience applying lean manufacturing principles.
