📋 Description

\n
• Lead and supervise a facilities electrical construction/maintenance team at Hawthorne.
\n
• Coordinate electrical projects; ensure vendors meet SpaceX standards and timelines.
\n
• Direct electrical construction and maintenance with internal technicians and subcontractors.
\n
• Enforce contract expectations and resolve discrepancies.
\n
• Maintain a safe site; enforce OSHA and electrical safety requirements.
\n
• Develop and administer an effective electrical preventive maintenance program.
\n

🎯 Requirements

\n
• High school diploma or equivalency.
\n
• 5+ years supervisory/electrical experience in industrial maintenance.
\n
• Experience with plant electrical distribution; 3-phase motor controls; 480V.
\n
• Knowledge of electrical safety NFPA 70-E and OSHA guidelines.
\n
• Read/interpret electrical drawings; coordinate items.
\n
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; PDF editors (Bluebeam/Adobe Acrobat).
