Supervisor, ECLSS Manufacturing

📋 Description

• Manage the technician team building life support systems for Haven
• Oversee operations, end-to-end lifecycle, high-quality at-rate production
• Collaborate on design, implementation and maintenance of the ECLSS Manufacturing workcenter
• Collaborate with QA and manufacturing engineering on quality control processes
• Establish and enforce standard practices, guides, and repair procedures
• Challenge production and design requirements to drive process improvement

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Experience with complex assembly manufacturing in a fast-paced environment
• 3+ years manufacturing engineering experience (aerospace/oil & gas/pharma preferred)
• Experience leading technician/operator teams
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration
• Experience building tools to track production metrics
