Supervisor, Development Operations (Starlink)

📋 Description

• Build and lead technicians and specialists fabricating and deploying Starlink factory equipment.
• Collaborate with development operations and automation teams to hit factory targets.
• Manage tooling/testing equipment and infrastructure for engineering and product development.
• Manage parts inventory for standard factory assets; set targets and drive improvements.
• Provide mentorship and assist with design decisions, strategies, and technical issues.
• Provide technical support to engineering on tooling, fabrication, testing, and maintenance.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years in machining/production, or 5+ years without degree.
• 2+ years of experience managing a team or leading projects.
• Knowledge of conventional machining, CNC programming, machining operations, and quality inspection.
• Experience in welding, fabrication processes, and precise mechanical assembly.
• Experience managing large-scale electromechanical projects with cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of electrical theory, power distribution, and pneumatics.
