📋 Description

• Supervise and provide daily support to the Critical Lift & Transport team
• Plan tasks, assign work, and assess completed tasks
• Project future impacts and energize employees to meet deadlines
• Coordinate and schedule deliverables with external partners
• Assess candidates and provide recommendations in hiring
• Ensure training, tools, and safety compliance for duties

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ years leadership experience
• 2+ years in automotive, aviation, or aerospace
• A&P certification (preferred)
• Heavy rigging experience (preferred)
• Knowledge of HAZMAT regulations (preferred)
